The Handbell Program is open to all choristers and alumni.
Beginners
This group has been designed to help students develop their music reading skills with handbells and hand chimes through the exploration of different bell techniques and the opportunity to experience playing different bell sizes. The objective is for those interested to move up to the advanced performing group when spots become available. Dependant on size, there may be opportunities for the beginners group to perform.
Advanced Performing Group
Advanced Handbells perform as an independent, stand-alone group and appear in SFBC’s Winter and Spring Choral Concerts.
