A San Francisco Musical Tradition
Hear the San Francisco Boys Chorus with special guests & orchestral accompaniment. Works from Bach’s Cantata 147, Vaughan Williams & more.
The San Francisco Boys Chorus returns to in-person performances this December, featuring Johann Sebastian Bach’s well-beloved Cantata 147: Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben, with the familiar chorus commonly known as “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” as well as Vaughan Williams’ celebrated Fantasia on Christmas Carols. Both will feature soloists from the community and orchestral accompaniment. These works offer hope and joy as we celebrate the return of live choral music. This concert will include and showcase the talents of all Chorus levels. Please join us in welcoming the San Francisco Boys Chorus back to the stage!
